1 Introduction

Welcome to PK365 Game. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player") and the PK365 Game platform ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern all use of the pk365 game website, mobile site and app, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, sports betting, bonuses and all other platform features.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any balance held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. Do not share your login details with anyone else. PK365 Game will never ask for your password.

If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else without your permission, contact our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity on your account until you report unauthorised access to us.

You agree to keep your personal details up to date. If your contact information, payment details or identification changes, please update your account accordingly.

4 Deposits & Payments

PK365 Game processes all deposits and withdrawals in PKR. We support a range of payment methods suited to Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding — deposits made using accounts, cards or wallets belonging to another person — is not permitted. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party source may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.
• PK365 Game does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion is limited to one per player, household, device and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• During an active bonus, the maximum bet per spin or per game round may be limited. Placing bets above this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash directly.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the platform at any time. Withdrawals are processed in PKR and paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Supported withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and cards.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown during the withdrawal process.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from faster processing times.
• Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification. Please ensure your account documents are submitted and verified to avoid delays.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed to a different person's account or payment method. The name on your withdrawal destination must match the name on your PK365 Game account.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled except where a specific cash-out feature is available.
• In the event of a match cancellation, postponement or abandonment, bets may be voided and stakes returned in accordance with the rules for the affected market.
